Cash or Venmo
Give on site during Halloween and Christmas. Venmo @Greenwoodlights, or cash at the display — no ticket, no pressure.
The collection
Give at the show.
Each year we pick a local charity and collect during both seasons. Cash or Venmo (@Greenwoodlights) on site. GreenWood Lights holds every dollar, then writes a check to that year’s recipient. At Christmas, a vending trailer sells hot chocolate, cookies, and popcorn — those proceeds go in the same check.
How it works
Cash, Venmo, and a Christmas trailer.
Christmas trailer
During the Christmas season we set up a vending trailer: hot chocolate, cookies, and popcorn. Sales go into the same collection.
We write the check
GreenWood Lights collects everything, then writes a check to that year’s charity. 2026 isn’t named yet — we’ll post it on Facebook as soon as it is.
Christmas only
Hot chocolate, cookies, popcorn.
The trailer is a Christmas-season extra. Come for the lights, grab something warm, and know the sale helps that year’s recipient.

2026 recipient
Not named yet.
This year’s recipient will be announced on Facebook. Cash and Venmo (@Greenwoodlights) come to GreenWood Lights first. We write one check to whoever we choose — not to our pixels.
